Here are a few steps you can take if your screen is blank:
Step 1. Ensure all wires are connected securely.
Step 2. Verify that the correct input is selected (For example, HDMI 1 if STB is connected with this outlet).
Step 3. Restart your modem (ONT) followed by your Set Top Box (STB). If you have more than one TV box, confirm that they are all functional. If the video is not gone on the other STBs, switch working with non-working and check if the issue still persists.
